Our course will last 5 days.
All the day long we have 3 hours of cooking classes, where we show you how to cook the Italian culinary specialities.
We’d like to teach you some typical Florentine starters, some typical Florentine first courses, like pasta with meat and with fish, recipes of second courses (meat and fish), some typical dessert and eventually we can try to make pasta and bread.
